About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
2. Support in onboarding new employees by preparing welcome kits and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Help in organizing training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4. Aid in maintaining employee records and updating HR systems with accurate information.
5. Assist in conducting employee engagement activities to boost morale and create a positive work environment.
6. Support in performance management processes, including tracking performance evaluations and feedback.
7. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
