About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Post jobs (primarily IT)
2. Scan resumes and selecting the best candidate
3. Work on preliminary discussions with the candidates
4. Schedule the main interview of the candidate
5. Work on candidate onboarding
6. Research best practices in employee training, learning & development and develop/design a comprehensive one in collaboration with the HR team or other departments
7. Support the IT team in setting up cloud-based HRM and its implementation
8. Research best practices in recruitment hiring and develop/design a comprehensive one in collaboration with the HR team or other departments
9. Mail and prepare task sheet
10. Solve the problems of the employees
11. Prepare job descriptions, certificates, experience letters, offer letters, etc., for the candidates
12. Post and update the job vaccines for our organization at job boards, career pages, and social networks
13. Research best practices in HR employee management and develop/design a comprehensive one in collaboration with the HR team or other departments
