About the Internship
As a Human Resources intern at Chit1 Studios, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will allow you to effectively communicate with team members and management. Your knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word will be essential in assisting with various HR tasks.1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
3. Help with performance management tasks, such as conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
4. Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and planning company events.
6. Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
7. Assist with resolving employee relations issues and providing support to team members as needed.
