About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruitment & onboarding support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation coordination, and ensuring all necessary resources are provided.
2. HR documentation & records management: Maintain accurate employee records and databases in compliance with HR policies and legal standards.
3. Employee relations support: Address employee queries and assist in resolving minor workplace concerns under HR guidance.
4. HR projects & initiatives: Contribute to HR activities such as employee engagement, performance management, and training programs; assist in organizing HR events.
5. General HR administration: Support day-to-day HR operations, including report preparation, documentation handling, and material organization.
6. Payroll & benefits assistance: Assist in payroll processing, data collection, and attendance record maintenance.
