About the Internship
Job Role: HR InternKey responsibilities:
1. Support the talent acquisition team with end-to-end hiring activities—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications.
2. Assist in scheduling, documentation, and onboarding formalities for new joiners.
3. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and weekly dashboards.
4. Coordinate with hiring managers and training teams for batch planning, joining, and documentation.
5. Help manage walk-ins, campus drives, and other hiring events.
6. Provide administrative support for HR operations like employee file management, ID creation follow-ups, and document verification.
7. Support any ongoing HR projects, audits, or process improvement initiatives.
8. Handle day-to-day queries from candidates and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
