About the Internship
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. This role is ideal for students or freshers who want practical experience in human resources and wish to build a career in HR.Key responsibilities
Assisting with end-to-end recruitment: posting job openings on Internshala and other platforms, screening resumes, and shortlisting candidates.
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and updating them about their application status.
Supporting the onboarding process by preparing documentation, collecting required forms, and helping conduct induction/orientation sessions for new joiners.
Maintaining and updating employee and intern records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
Assisting in HR documentation such as offer letters, internship letters, NDAs, and other HR-related communications.
Helping in the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and other HR initiatives.
Supporting employee engagement activities by planning and coordinating team-building events, celebrations, and surveys.
Assisting with basic HR operations like gathering payroll inputs (attendance, leaves) and compiling HR reports as guided by the HR team.
Responding to basic HR-related queries from employees and interns regarding policies, procedures, and processes.
Performing general HR administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day functioning of the HR department
