About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Talent acquisition support: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. Support on-site recruitment drives at nearby branch offices, training centers, or field units. Help onboard new hires locally by collecting documents and explaining company policies.
2. Employee engagement & welfare: Travel to nearby company locations or project sites in the Jaipur area to organize and support employee engagement activities (e.g., team sessions, recognition programs). Conduct short employee feedback sessions or surveys during visits.
3. HR operations & documentation: Maintain employee records and update HR databases (both in-office and on-site). Deliver or collect HR documents between Jaipur sites as needed.
4. HR compliance & policy communication: Ensure that HR practices and policies are being followed consistently across field locations.
5. Learning & development: Support training session logistics- helping trainers set up, taking attendance, and collecting feedback forms.
6. Performance management support: Help with performance documentation: collecting goal sheets, review forms, and manager feedback during site visits. Provide support to HRBPs in tracking performance issues or coaching conversations across teams.
7. HR reporting & analysis: Assist in preparing HR reports based on data gathered during visits (e.g., headcount, attrition, attendance). Share weekly updates on employee queries, engagement levels, and support needs from different locations.
