About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Brandhigh.co, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of HR while working with a dynamic team. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel, spoken and written English will be essential in supporting our HR department.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the HR team in organizing and facilitating training sessions and workshops for employees.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases and systems.
4. Help with drafting HR policies and procedures, as well as preparing HR documents and reports.
5. Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
6. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.
7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and practices.
