About the Internship
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. The ideal candidate will assist in managing key HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy development, while also supporting administrative HR tasks.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances and participating in the development of induction and training programs.
2. Support the development and communication of HR policies, ensuring policy awareness across the organization.
3. Coordinate and assist with new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for new employees and consultants.
4. Provide support to staff on HR-related issues such as compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, leaves, and any problem resolution.
5. Maintain and update HR records and employee files, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
6. Assist in carrying out necessary administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
3. Basic knowledge of HR policies and systems is preferred.
4. Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
