About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. • Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening & shortlisting candidates
2. • Post job openings on various job portals & social media platforms
3. • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
4. • Maintain and update candidate databases & recruitment trackers
5. • Support in employee onboarding and documentation activities
6. • Learn and understand different industry job roles, hiring trends, and company policies
7. • Ensure smooth communication and professional interaction with candidates
8. • Assist in preparing daily/weekly HR reports and performance records
