About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment: Source candidates, screen resumes, and schedule interviews
2. Interview coordination: Manage calendars, send invites, and communicate with candidates
3. Job postings: Draft and post job openings on various platforms
4. HR documentation: Maintain employee records and assist in data entry and filing
5. Onboarding support: Help coordinate and execute onboarding processes for new hires
6. Off-boarding assistance: Support exit interviews and clearance formalities
7. Employee engagement: Assist in planning employee events, activities, and communications
8. Policy drafting: Help in preparing and updating HR policies and internal documentation
9. Attendance & leave tracking: Support in managing attendance and leave records
10. General administrative tasks: Provide overall support to the HR department as required
11. Payroll management: Assist with salary data, documentation, and payment coordination
12. Coaching/training and development: Support learning initiatives and maintain training records
