About the Internship
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The selected candidate will gain comprehensive exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining communication with applicants.
Support employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring proper documentation and smooth joining formalities.
Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and HR records accurately.
Help organize employee engagement activities, surveys, and HR initiatives.
Assist in drafting and updating HR letters, policies, and communication materials.
Support in performance review coordination and training administration.
Coordinate with various departments to support HR operations and address employee queries.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and HR standards at all times.
Required Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with digital HR tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
