About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Wayspire Ed-Tech Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of HR while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced Ed-Tech company. 1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
3. Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS.
4. Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
5. Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Support HR team in administering benefits and payroll processes.
7. Assist in creating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
