About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Support payroll & attendance management (if applicable).
Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily operations.
Work on special HR projects as assigned.
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
