About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated 'HR Intern' with a strong interest in recruitment. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end hiring and exposure to fast-paced hiring processes.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms.
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
3. Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
4. Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers.
5. Supporting the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
