2. Support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
4. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and evaluation.
5. Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision making.
6. Support in resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
7. Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
