About the Internship

As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to various HR functions.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining the applicant tracking system.
2. Support payroll activities by verifying timesheets, processing employee benefits, and ensuring accuracy of payroll data.
3. Utilize MS Office and MS Excel to generate reports, analyze data, and create presentations for HR initiatives.
4. Demonstrate English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to interact with employees and external partners effectively.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance management processes.
6. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and comply with company policies and procedures.
7. Take on ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned to gain a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
