About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain and update the database of employee information.
3. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interviews.
4. Post job openings on various portals like Internshala, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
5. Support onboarding and documentation processes.
6. Assist in conducting employee engagement activities.
7. Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets (Excel-based).
