About the Internship
As a human resources intern at GIIT Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. You will support the HR team in various tasks and projects while developing your skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and enhancing your proficiency in spoken and written English for effective communication.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
3. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing materials and coordinating training sessions.
4. Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
5. Assist in performance management tasks such as tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
6. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing documents, answering inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
