About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Calling, screening, and selling prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Ezeiatech and all that we have to offer to the industry's top talent.
2. Working with the business, HR, and compensation teams to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.
3. Screening, interviewing, and preparing an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline, maintaining high interview-to-offer ratios.
4. Interviewing candidates using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and stability questions).
5. Being accountable for the delivery of the recruiting plan.
6. Locating and engaging passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques.
7. Working closely with managers and technical teams.
8. Planning special recruitment drives in collaboration with business leads and under the supervisor's guidance to meet targets.
