About the Internship
- Resume sourcing and screening as per approved requisitions- End-to-end interview coordination with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintenance of recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring dashboards
- Follow-ups with candidates for interview availability and joining status
- Offer rollout coordination and pre-joining engagement
- Joining formalities and onboarding documentation support
- HRMS updates related to new hires
- Limited support to HR operations, attendance, and basic employee queries
