Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening candidates to final onboarding to ensure a seamless hiring process.
2. Executing high-volume staffing strategies to quickly fill multiple vacancies across various departments or projects.
3. Conducting on-the-ground talent acquisition by visiting physical locations and community hubs to source candidates for specialized or localized roles.
