About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in identifying training needs through surveys and consultations with employees
2. Support the development and delivery of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
3. Help maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS).
4. Facilitate engagement initiatives to promote a culture of continuous learning and open feedback within the organization.
5. Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to measure effectiveness.
6. Conduct research on the latest L&D trends and best practices.
7. Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to employee development.
