About the Internship

2. Conduct initial screenings of candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers
3. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and networking activities
4. Help in creating and updating job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment marketing materials
5. Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system and organizing recruitment data
6. Support in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
7. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to enhance the overall recruitment process
