About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
2. • Support onboarding and exit formalities for employees
3. • Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation
4. • Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internal communications
5. • Support employee engagement activities and HR events
6. • Help prepare reports related to recruitment, attendance, and performance
7. • Assist in attendance tracking and basic HR coordination
8. • Learn and support employee grievance handling under supervision
9. • Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned
