About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
2. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
3. Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
4. Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements
5. Help in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
6. Draft HR-related documents, emails, and reports
7. Ensure compliance with company HR policies
