About the Internship
As a human resources intern at Brandnatic Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, team management, and effective communication. Your computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word, will be put to good use as you support various HR initiatives. Your strong written and spoken English proficiency will be essential in effectively communicating with team members and candidates.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support talent management efforts by conducting employee onboarding and training sessions.
3. Assist in team management by helping to coordinate team-building activities and events.
4. Utilize effective communication skills to respond to employee inquiries and provide HR-related information.
5. Utilize MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word to prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation.
6. Work closely with the director to support various HR projects and initiatives.
7. Continuously strive to enhance your HR skills and knowledge through hands-on experience and learning opportunities within the company.
