About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Work with ERP Software processes: Manage HR records, including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms, using the application software
2. Maintain and manage offline employee database reports
3. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
4. Issue employment contracts, enrollment documents, and verify completion
5. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as attendance, leaves, and compensation, and resolve any employee grievances that may arise
6. Manage employee exit process & documentation
7. Coordination and operational support on any other HR initiative
