About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1) Assist in organizing and coordinating the onboarding process for new inFolks.
2) Collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless integration of new inFolks.
3) Ensure completion of the exit checklist for exiting employees.
4) Assist in preparing performance evaluation materials and tracking timelines.
5) Support captains and employees with performance-related inquiries.
6) Collaborate with captains to identify learning needs.
7) Help create and update career ladders for different functions.
8) Assist in managing rewards and recognition initiatives & manage the tool.
9) Help maintain records of employee achievements and contributions.
10) Support the People Success team in data collection, entry, and analysis.
11) Assist in generating reports and dashboards to gain insights and support data-driven decisions.
12) Participate in initiatives to enhance and streamline people-related processes.
13) Assist in documenting and updating standard operating procedures.
14) Assist in reviewing and updating people-related policies and procedures.
