About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Talent management
1. Assist in developing talent management frameworks and competency models.
2. Coordinate learning & development initiatives and training programs.
3. Analyze talent data to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
B. Organizational development
1. Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices in OD and HR strategy.
2. Support creation of HR policies, standard operating procedures, and internal communication materials.
3. Assist in designing and updating organizational charts, role descriptions, and workflow processes.
4. Participate in OD interventions such as restructuring, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
C. Employee engagement
1. Contribute to planning, executing, and measuring employee engagement activities and surveys.
2. Conduct pulse surveys and analyze employee feedback data.
3. Help implement action plans to improve engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
