About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Coordinate with candidates and internal team for interview processes and follow-ups.
3. Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees and interns.
4. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
5. Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and experience letters.
6. Support attendance tracking, leave records, and basic payroll assistance.
7. Handle internal HR communication and support day-to-day HR operations.
