About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in designing training content, presentations, and communication material
2. Develop visually appealing creatives using Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro
3. Support HR and L&D projects, including training coordination and logistics
4. Maintain training databases, attendance records, and performance reports
5. Prepare documents, training decks, and reports using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
6. Coordinate with trainers, employees, and stakeholders for the smooth execution of training programs
7. Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operational tasks
8. Contribute to internal communication and documentation activities
