About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct cold calls to potential candidates and engage them for open positions.
2. Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Participate in conducting interviews (telephonic/virtual).
5. Prepare and issue offer letters, internship letters, and other HR documents.
6. Assist in assigning and tracking intern tasks and maintaining performance records.
7. Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative and coordination work.
8. Maintain candidate databases and ensure all records are updated regularly.
