About the Internship
Pixel Media is looking for an HR intern who can assist the HR team with daily hiring, calling candidates, and coordination tasks. This internship is strictly in-office and ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure in HR and recruitment. You will learn directly by working on live hiring processes, onboarding, and team coordination.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1. Assisting in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
2. Making daily candidate calls to explain job roles, eligibility, and interview schedules.
3. Helping coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
4. Maintaining hiring trackers and updating candidate status regularly.
5. Supporting onboarding documentation and Day 1 joiner formalities.
6. Assisting in monitoring attendance, punctuality, and daily HR coordination tasks.
7. Working closely with the HR executive to ensure smooth operations.
