About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support HR operations such as onboarding, exit formalities, attendance tracking, and other administrative tasks.
Draft and organize HR documents including letters, policies, forms, and reports.
Coordinate with employees for documentation collection, verification, and follow-ups.
Support employee engagement activities, internal communication, and event planning.
Prepare MIS reports, spreadsheets, and trackers as required.
Provide support in policy documentation, SOP creation, and compliance-related tasks.
Handle day-to-day HR queries in a timely and professional manner.
