About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Maintain candidate records and follow up on hiring decisions.
2. Documentation
Assist in collecting, verifying, and organizing employee documents.
Ensure proper filing (physical and digital) of HR documents.
3. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
Support the onboarding process by preparing joining kits and scheduling inductions.
Assist in completing joining formalities and issuing offer/appointment letters.
Maintain a checklist for new joiners.
4. HR Database & Master File Updates
Regularly update the HR Master File (employee records, personal and professional details).
Ensure accuracy of data across all HR systems and documents.
5. General HR Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Help coordinate employee engagement activities.
