About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment to exit)
2. Ensure compliance with the Companies Law, 2013, and company policies
3. Maintain employee records and HRM systems
4. Support employee relations and conflict resolution
5. Administer compensation, reimbursement, and benefits programs
6. Drive employee engagement and organizational culture
7. Partner with leadership on workforce planning (including Yearly Planner, Monthly Planner)
