3. Collaborate with HR team members to maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
4. Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
5. Assist with organizing HR events, workshops, and training sessions to promote employee engagement and professional development.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team by managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and handling inquiries from employees.
