Job Description – HR InternLocation: Vasundhara Enclave, Delhi – 110096
Type: Full-Time Internship (In-Office Only)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days/Week – Compulsory)
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Stipend: 10k
Duration: 3–6 Months (with extension/absorption opportunity based on performance)
Stipend/Compensation: Based on skills and performance
About the Role:
Pixel Media is looking for an HR Intern who can assist the HR team in daily hiring, calling candidates, and coordination tasks.
This internship is strictly in-office and ideal for students/fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure in HR & recruitment. You will learn directly by working on live hiring processes, onboarding, and team coordination.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and referrals.
2. Make daily candidate calls to explain job roles, eligibility, and interview schedules.
3. Help coordinate interviews, walk-ins, and follow-ups.
4. Maintain hiring trackers and update candidate status regularly.
5. Support in onboarding documentation and Day 1 joiner formalities.
6. Assist in monitoring attendance, punctuality, and daily HR coordination tasks.
7. Work closely with the HR Executive to ensure smooth operations.
