About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Lentera Technologies Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions while working alongside a dynamic team. Your proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and spoken English will be essential in supporting our HR department in daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job postings.
2. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with accurate information.
3. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation sessions.
4. Assisting in organizing training and development programs for employees.
5. Supporting HR team in employee engagement initiatives and events.
6. Assisting in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and feedback sessions.
7. Providing general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
