About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:A. Recruitment & Onboarding:
1. Posting and managing job advertisements on various platforms.
2. Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
3. Scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate communication, including offer and rejection letters.
4. Supporting the onboarding of new hires by preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and providing necessary information.
B. Administrative Support:
1. Maintaining and updating employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
2. Filing HR documents and managing HR files.
3. Assisting with general administrative duties to support the HR team's daily operations.
C. Employee Relations & Engagement:
1. Assisting with organizing employee engagement activities, HR events, and wellness programs.
2. Responding to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
D. Data & Compliance:
1. Helping collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
2. Supporting in drafting HR policies and assisting with HR-related research or surveys.
