About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruit, interview, and onboard staff across departments.
2. Manage employee records, payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements.
3. Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance evaluation systems.
4. Coordinate with sales team to align HR and business goals.
5. Support digital marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
6. Assist management in strategy planning and execution.
7. Build and maintain employee engagement & retention programs.
8. Act as a bridge between management and staff for smooth operations.
