About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Maintain and update HR databases, intern trackers, and employee records
Help draft offer letters, appointment letters, and internship agreements
Support in onboarding and induction processes
Assist in HR documentation, compliance, and filing
Participate in employee engagement activities and event planning
Support appraisal and attendance management processes
Assist in drafting HR policies, notices, and internal communications
Help with exit formalities and feedback collection
Coordinate with other departments as required for HR operations
