About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions
2. Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as per requirements
3. Coordinating interviews and following up with candidates
4. Posting job openings on Internshala, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
5. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and reports
6. Communicating with candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
7. Supporting HR operations and documentation work
8. Assisting in onboarding processes for selected candidates
