About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Recruiting interns across functions: Post listings, screen profiles, and interview candidates for roles like content writing, social media, marketing, operations, and design.
2. End-to-end hiring process: Handle application management, interview scheduling, selection, and onboarding of new team members.
3. Intern onboarding & documentation: Draft and share internship agreements, maintain intern records, and ensure smooth onboarding and orientation.
4. Performance tracking & reporting: Monitor intern performance, gather feedback from team leads, and maintain evaluation sheets.
5. Issuing certificates & letters: Prepare and issue internship completion certificates and letters of recommendation as per performance.
6. Team engagement & coordination: Facilitate communication between interns and brand founder, schedule weekly check-ins, and ensure a positive team environment.
7. HR operations & support: Assist in developing basic HR policies, organizing virtual tasks, and supporting the founder in any administrative or team-related matters.
8. Support in hiring strategy: Suggest new platforms or groups (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract relevant candidates and expand team reach.
9. Maintain confidentiality: Handle intern data and communication with care and professionalism, ensuring brand integrity.
