About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assisting with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintaining employee records and updating the HRIS with accurate and up-to-date information.
4. Assisting with employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
5. Coordinating training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and organizing events.
7. Contributing to HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee engagement.
