About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.
2. Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and assisting with documentation.
3. Prepare HR reports and presentations on MS Office/Google suites.
4. Provide logistical and coordination support for employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
5. Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement and documentation projects.
