About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Recruitment & hiring:
1. Drafting and posting job descriptions on hiring platforms like Internshala, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp groups
2. Screening resumes and conducting initial rounds of candidate interviews
3. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with the internal team
4. Evaluating candidates and creating reports or shortlists
B. Onboarding & documentation:
1. Managing offer letters, appointment letters, and intern joining formalities
2. Conducting onboarding sessions and introducing new hires to the team
3. Ensuring submission of key documents (IDs, bank details, relieving/appraisal letters, etc.)
C. HR operations & consulting:
1. Creating and maintaining employee databases
2. Following up on candidate communication and document verification
3. Supporting team heads with manpower requirements
4. Consulting on candidate fits, job role tweaks, and communication tone
D. Workplace management & strategy:
1. Participating in HR planning and brainstorming sessions
2. Assisting with exit interviews and off-boarding formalities
3. Giving suggestions on improving employee engagement and work culture
E. Communication & people engagement:
1. Drafting formal messages, emails, and evaluation updates to candidates
2. Reaching out to prospective hires with tasks, updates, and interview details
3. Creating content for HR SOPs and intern manuals (as needed)
