About the Internship
This internship is designed to give aspiring HR professionals a holistic understanding of the HR function within a high-growth technology organization. The role offers exposure across HR business partnering, onboarding, talent operations, learning & development, and core people processes, enabling you to experience how HR contributes to organizational performance and culture.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partner with HRBPs to assist in employee engagement initiatives, retention tracking, and feedback analysis.
2. Support people data management, HR dashboards, and reporting for decision-making.
3. Participate in pulse surveys and analyze outcomes to recommend engagement actions.
4. Assist with performance management coordination, feedback cycles, and goal-tracking activities.
5. Support HR audits, policy rollouts, and process documentation.
6. Participate in HR automation or digital enablement projects aimed at improving efficiency.
