Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in recruitment (sourcing, scheduling, and follow-ups)
2. Support onboarding & documentation of new joiners
3. Help organize employee engagement activities
4. Maintain HR records and employee data
5. Assist in attendance & leave tracking
6. Help in payroll inputs and basic compliance tasks
7. Coordinate training sessions and HR events
8. Support exit formalities and admin work
